Carla Valenti, Executive Vice President of Parkside Financial Bank & Trust, is one of the founding employees of the bank, which has grown to $505 million in assets and almost $1.4 billion in wealth management assets since 2008. Valenti, 57, has almost 35 years of commercial lending experience and has become a specialist in serving privately held small and middle market businesses. She’s as much a consultant as a banker.
