Jesse Wise, CRA Officer at Parkside, has nearly twenty years of experience in compliance and CRA, working as both an examiner and a banker. Her background uniquely qualifies her to guide Parkside through the CRA modernization rules, ensuring compliance while making a positive impact in the local community and driving sustainable growth.
Jesse's passion for her work stems from witnessing the tangible impact banks can have through CRA initiatives. Her main objective is to make a lasting impression on the St. Louis community through CRA programs that uplift low-to-moderate income areas.
What sets Jesse apart is her rare combination of analytical expertise and community engagement, honed through her experience as an examiner. She appreciates the chance to utilize her analytical abilities and attention to detail while engaging with stakeholders and observing the direct effect on the community.
Throughout her career, Jesse has excelled in various roles, including serving as Compliance and CRA Officer at the Business Bank of St. Louis for nearly a decade, followed by five years as a CRA Officer at First Bank. Prior to these roles, she spent five years as the Consumer Affairs Examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City and St. Louis.
Jesse is a graduate of Rockhurst University, holding both a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Business Administration in Finance. Her dedication to community development is evident in her active involvement with philanthropic endeavors. Jesse serves as Vice Chairman of the St. Joseph Housing Initiative and as a board member for Junior Achievement of Greater St. Louis. She also contributes to the professional community as a member of the Metropolitan St. Louis CRA Association.
