Biography
Kyle DeWitt has extensive experience in the legal and financial fields including private practice, where he has assisted clients with estate planning, trust/will drafting, probate administration, will contests and litigation, family law and small business matters. Previously, Kyle served as a trust officer and estate settlement officer for one of the nation’s leading private banks, as well as an accountant for Gannett/USA Today, and Enterprise Holdings, the largest car/truck rental company in the US.
A licensed, nonpracticing attorney, Kyle received his Juris Doctor from Indiana University where he received a Dual Bachelors in Finance and Accounting, and a minor in Spanish.
He helps clients who are facing liquidity events, family events/changes, have existing estate plans in place that may need to be adjusted as life progresses, and who are beneficiaries and/or continuing generations of family-generated wealth looking for guidance in how best to navigate their financial lives, taking into account tax and personal considerations.
