Breast cancer is personal to us at Parkside.
Over the years, several of our employees have courageously faced breast cancer and triumphed as survivors. Beyond our workplace, many in the Parkside community—spouses, family members, and friends—have also been impacted by this devastating disease. This connection has fueled our longstanding commitment to raising awareness and funding the fight against breast cancer.

Help Us Toss Pies and Defeat Breast Cancer with Parkside’s "Pie-a-Parksider" Event! This year, we are hosting our Pie-a-Parksider event on October 30th! Three of our dedicated leaders—Jim Wagner (CEO), Andrew Hereford (Bank President), and Curt Searcy (TFO President)—are volunteering to take pies in the face to raise money in support of breast cancer awareness and fundraising. Donations will decide which leader gets pied the most, with the leader raising the most receiving a "mega" pie from our breast cancer survivors at the end of the event. By contributing to one of our leader’s "Pie Fund," you’re helping us continue the fight against breast cancer while joining in the fun spirit of this unique event. Whether it’s in memory of a loved one, or to support those still fighting, your donation makes a powerful impact. How to Donate: Drop your donation off with our lovely customer service representatives in the lobby at Parkside! As part of our ongoing support for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Parksiders were offered the opportunity to purchase custom "Pie-a-Parksider" t-shirts. Parkside will generously match a portion of the proceeds to be contributed to our featured charities. Together, we can take aim at breast cancer, one pie at a time. |
