Shelby Cross
CRM Manager / Data Analyst
Shelby joins Parkside as our first ever CRM Manager/Data Analyst. Shelby comes to us from BioSTL where she held the role of CRM Administrator and Business Information Analyst for the last four years. Prior to that, she also served as an Operations Technician and Operations Specialist in the United States Air Force. She’s currently completing her Master of Science in Data Analytics at Webster University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. We look forward to Shelby leading our Salesforce efforts, as well as being a pivotal part of our digital transformation.

Jamie Hilliard
Trust & Family Office Operations Specialist
Jamie joins Parkside after most recently working at Edward Jones for 15 years as a Senior Branch Office Administrator. Within her role at Edward Jones, she handled both the client facing aspect as well as the back end operations for her Financial Advisor. She enjoyed the operations aspect which lead her to a career at Parkside as a Trust & Family Office Operations Specialist. Jamie's knowledge and experience make her an excellent fit for our team.

Through his expertise and dedication, Tait ensures his clients receive comprehensive wealth management solutions. With over 16 years of experience, his primary focus is on cultivating and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families, becoming their trusted advisor. By building strong connections, he fosters a deep understanding of each client's unique needs and goals. Prior to joining Parkside, Tait was Vice President and Head of Office for the Personal Financial Management group of Goldman Sachs.

Kelly J. Mittiga serves as the Chief Banking Officer at Parkside, where she brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role. In this capacity, she assumes leadership responsibilities over the Customer Service Representatives, Treasury Management, and Bank Operations teams, overseeing all aspects related to banking systems, maintenance, services, and deposit operations. With a career spanning over 25 years, Kelly’s diverse background in banking equips her with a distinct perspective that enriches her role.
