With over 15 years of experience in the banking industry, including roles at the Federal Reserve and several commercial banks, Thomas “Tom” Noel is renowned for his efficiency, integrity, and reliability. Clients rely on his expertise in lending and treasury management, where he crafts tailored solutions to meet their specific needs. Tom's specialties include working capital lines of credit, equipment financing, and M&A financing. He provides valuable insights on a range of financial matters, from interest rate forecasts to supply chain challenges, helping clients navigate complexities and achieve their goals.

Tom received his Master of Business Administration from Washington University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematical Economics from Colgate University.
