Biography
Zach developed the concept of a nationwide focus on financing search fund acquisitions and has been working in the search fund community for nearly a decade. In that time, he has financed acquisitions of over seventy-five businesses and over $350 million in loans.
Zach continues to foster long term relationships with searchers, CEOs and their investors long after completing the transaction. He prides himself on providing support as they grow and expand their business to help achieve ideal results operating and growing businesses.
Zach is a frequent presenter at Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (“ETA”) conferences and events that bring together search fund entrepreneurs, private investors, business owners, advisors, MBA students, and faculty, including events hosted by prestigious universities such as Harvard Business School, University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management.
Zach has led two highly successful sponsor finance teams specifically dedicated to enterprise value lending in the search fund asset class.
