Parkside Welcomes Lisa Vansickle as Chief Risk Officer

“We’re excited to have Lisa join our team,” said James C. Wagner, Chief Executive Officer of Parkside Financial Bank & Trust. “She brings years of accounting experience, a deep understanding of bank regulations, along with diverse management experience.  Lisa will contribute significantly as we embark on the next stage of Parkside’s growth.”

 

In her new role at Parkside, Lisa will be responsible for an array of duties, including overseeing an integrated enterprise risk framework, strategic planning, financial oversight, capital planning, shareholder relations, internal audit, and compliance.

 

With a career spanning 28 years in the banking industry, Lisa brings a wealth of experience from her various leadership roles in administration, finance, risk management, and internal audit. Prior to joining Parkside, Lisa served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the University of Health Sciences & Pharmacy in St. Louis. She graduated magna cum laude from Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on accounting. In addition, she is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Missouri.

 

Her appointment at Parkside Financial Bank & Trust marks a significant milestone for the organization, and her expertise is expected to play a vital role in the institution's continued success.
