Parkside most recently welcomed these exceptional employees in Q4 2023:

	Nathan Black Trust & Family Office Financial Advisor Associate Nathan Black, an accomplished Trust & Family Office Financial Advisor Associate, brings over 11 years of extensive experience in delivering comprehensive advisory services to affluent clients. With a solid foundation of 18 years in the field, Nathan has demonstrated a keen ability to navigate the complexities of personal finance, consistently addressing diverse client inquiries. Prior to joining Parkside, he was Vice President and Client Experience Manager with Commerce Financial Advisors. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science in finance and a minor in accounting as well as a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis on finance.
	Michele Everett Assistant Vice President \| Finance Michele joins Parkside after most recently working at Brado Cuneo Nollau, LLC, a digital marketing agency, where she was the Vice President of Accounts/Group Lead for the past 8 years. She also has experience working at Banyan Group, Inc. as a Controller/Research & Clinic General Manager, gaining a wealth of experience as a Controller in addition to managing 20+ staff in the Headache Clinic and Medical Research division. Michele earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Maryville University of Saint Louis and a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Drury University.
	Kyle Gerringer Loan Coordinator Kyle joins our Loan Coordinator team with nearly 7 years in the mortgage industry, most recently as a Senior Processor. Although new to commercial banking, he brings similar knowledge that will help him be successful in this role and to the team. Kyle earned his bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Missouri - St. Louis. We are thrilled to welcome Kyle and continue growing our Loan Coordinator team!
	Shannon Greenfield Office Manager/Receptionist Shannon joins our team as our first Office Manager/Receptionist. She most recently joins us from Fox C-6 School District where she has been a reserve teacher for the last year. Prior to that, Shannon has experience working as a receptionist for CapitalCare Family Medicine in New York for nearly 10 years. She has held many other receptionist/office management positions throughout her career. We're excited to have Shannon join our team and help manage our office as well as our soon-to-be completed fifth floor!
	Lisa Vansickle Executive Vice President \| Chief Risk Officer Lisa Vansickle is a highly skilled professional with a distinguished career in the financial services industry. As the Chief Risk Officer at Parkside Financial Bank & Trust, she is responsible for overseeing an integrated enterprise risk framework, strategic planning, financial oversight, capital planning, shareholder relations, internal audit, and compliance at Parkside. These responsibilities will allow her to drive a strong culture of compliance through cooperative partnerships with department leaders and other stakeholders, contributing to the overall creation and success of key strategic priorities and initiatives.
